About Lisa Lundy: B.S., D.T.M.

The author of the best-selling gluten-free and allergen-free cookbook The Super Allergy Girl™ Allergy & Celiac Cookbook, Lisa Lundy, is the former Executive Director of the Integrative Medicine Consortium and a seasoned sales executive who previously worked with Xerox Corporation, Bausch & Lomb, and Rhone-Poulenc Rorer pharmaceuticals (Dermik Labs). On top of it all, she is a mother to three young adults whose goal in life is to help others master ways to be happier with their life via this public speaking and life coaching website.

Due to her daughter’s premature birth, failure to thrive diagnosis, severe allergies, malnutrition, malabsorption, and other health issues, she was not predicted to survive or have a high quality of life if she did survive. Due to many factors, including expert integrative physicians, advanced medical treatments, and other interventions, Lisa’s daughter not only survived but has broken all medical milestones and is a thriving young woman in the honors program at her college.

Her daughter is not brain-damaged, has no cognitive or functioning impairments, and has avoided the heartbreaking medical prognosis given at age one. There are few success stories like this in the world, which has given Lisa the medical research and training to speak to laypeople in everyday language about a variety of health-related topics, in addition to self-improvement help.

While Lisa was the first Executive Director of the newly formed Integrative Medicine Consortium (IMC), she also homeschooled her three children, marketed her Allergy & Celiac Cookbook, and participated in getting credentialed by Toastmasters International. All of these demonstrate her extraordinary time management skills.

Fully engaged in life, Lisa’s hobbies include watercolor painting, paper crafting, sewing, soap making, and quilting. She loves helping people have happier lives full of love, which inspired the theme of her blog: Love.Life.

Why Work With Lisa?

For Her Public Speaking

Lisa Lundy has been called one of the most dynamic and memorable speakers, because of her energetic and engaging personality. She is one of those people that the author Malcolm Gladwell refers to as “connectors” since Lisa connects and engages with her audiences regardless of the size. The content of her public speaking engagements, whether it is an educational or inspirational speech, a workshop, or a seminar is both inspirational and powerful. With several decades of speaking experience, Lisa is a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM), an award level that less than 1% of Toastmasters ever achieve, providing her with the professional training in delivery and content. She presents authentic and real qualities in her public speaking engagements that audiences love.

For Her Life Coaching

In addition to her B.S. in Marketing from Penn State University, Lisa has over 70 CEU’s (Continued Education Units) in I.A.C.E.T. credentialed courses on leadership, communication, human behavior, psychology, and related topics. She also has personal experience overcoming trauma and hardship. She knows all about how difficult life can be; she is starting over with basically nothing after having her money taken (to no fault of her own), yet remains happy, ambitious, and optimistic about her future. She is blessed to have a happy life full of love and to be able to have her life’s work be that of making a difference in the lives of others.
